We have been discussing various types of bugs and vulnerabilities for a long time.

However, 90% of those who complete their education will work in the industry.

So let’s discuss a crucial career topic: how to bargain with HR when compensation issues arise.

Even if you pass the technical round, there is a potential that you will be paid less or will not be paid at all.

In Simple words, if I say then it is about HR negotiations.

After conducting 65+ interviews and speaking with various HR professionals with 10+ years of experience. On that basis, I’m going to tell you about something about which you can negotiate your compensation.
So far, 120+ industry professionals have used this process and have received the desired wage range or close to it.

Scenario: You have completed three rounds of technical interviews and are now scheduled for an HR round to discuss salary.

1.) Always choose a Thursday or Friday to negotiate wages. Never choose a working day such as (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) since the possibilities of receiving a pay that meets your needs are high.
Reason: On Friday and Saturday, everyone has a smile on their face and is in a good mood since the weekend is approaching.

Methodology for negotiating a pay

1. Sign-on bonus: Always ask HR whether there is a sign-on bonus available upon joining so that there is reduce of gap regarding the number (salary) you told.

If hr said no, consider for 2 minutes break and attempt the second method.

2. Inquire for a 3–6 month review: This involves asking HR to examine your work and requesting a wage increase after 3–6 months. If they say it is likewise not possible.

Again take Break & Inquire about the third method

3. Finally, if the above two methods fail, take a 2-minute rest…..
Now, it is necessary to really understand the scenario; there is awkward silence, and it is not easy for an HR to let you leave.
After 2 minutes, you could try to explain HR about your expertise and experience that you provide to the organization, and ask them to come closer to the wage you want.

I am sure that the number range which you have give suppose range b/w 9LPA to 12 LPA you have given then sure you will get you salary near to the 12LPA.

According to my own experience, methods 1 and 3 are effective the majority of the time.

Remember, you shouldn’t be afraid of anything that HR will do in reality. Instead, you should expect that employees should bargain.
